Legal information

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the basic rules for accessing and using DelightVendorEdit. Please read them before creating an account, making a purchase, listing an offer, or using any marketplace feature.

1. Agreement to these terms

In these terms, “DelightVendorEdit”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the platform and its operator. “You” refers to a visitor, customer, seller or account holder using the platform.

By accessing the website or using an account, wallet, listing, purchase or other feature, you agree to these terms and any additional rules clearly shown for that feature. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant feature.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • Provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your account details up to date.
  • Use only accounts you are authorised to access. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority or affiliation.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • We may request reasonable information to protect accounts, investigate suspicious activity or meet legal obligations.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively or in breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the reason or steps needed to resolve the issue.

3. The platform and its role

DelightVendorEdit provides access to digital services and marketplace features. The exact role of the platform may differ by product: a service may be supplied by the platform, a third-party provider, or an independent seller. The relevant listing or checkout information should identify material service details where available.

Listings, prices, availability, delivery methods and requirements can vary. A listing does not guarantee permanent availability or uninterrupted supply. Do not assume a service includes anything that is not described in its listing or confirmed by support.

4. Orders, delivery and service use

  • Review the product description, price, requirements and any delivery notes before confirming an order.
  • Orders may be subject to provider availability, verification checks, technical limitations or information you must supply.
  • Do not submit false, stolen or unauthorised information, or use a service to violate another person’s rights.
  • Keep your order reference and relevant support messages so an issue can be investigated.

If an order appears delayed, incomplete or unsuccessful, check its status in your account and contact support with the order reference. Do not repeatedly place the same order while its status is unclear, as this could create duplicate orders.

5. Wallet, prices and payments

Where wallet functionality is available, the balance displayed in your account is intended to show funds recorded for your account. Wallet credits, debits and transaction history may take time to update during processing or temporary service interruptions.

  • Check the amount, currency and applicable fees displayed before making a payment or purchase.
  • Do not treat a pending payment as completed until the platform confirms it.
  • Never share passwords, one-time verification codes or payment credentials with anyone claiming they need them to credit your wallet.
  • If a payment is deducted but the wallet or order does not update, keep your payment reference and contact support before retrying.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. Any price or fee shown at checkout for a confirmed order should be handled in accordance with the checkout terms and applicable law.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility can depend on the product, provider status, whether delivery has begun or completed, and applicable law. A request for a refund is not automatically an approval.

Where a purchase fails, the platform should review the order and any related wallet transaction. If a refund or reversal is due, it should be processed according to the applicable product rules and payment process. Processing times may vary.

Read the Refund Policy once it is published. If that page is not yet available, contact support before assuming a particular cancellation window or refund outcome.

7. Sellers, listings and marketplace conduct

Seller features may require separate approval and additional seller rules. Sellers must provide honest descriptions, have the rights and permissions needed to offer what they list, communicate material restrictions, and fulfil accepted orders as described.

Sellers must not list stolen, counterfeit, deceptive, unlawful or unauthorised goods or services, manipulate reviews, mislead customers, or attempt to bypass platform safeguards. We may remove listings or restrict seller access when necessary to investigate complaints, protect users or comply with law.

See the Seller Policy when it becomes available for any additional requirements.

8. Acceptable use and prohibited activity

You must not use DelightVendorEdit to:

  • Commit fraud, theft, scams, payment abuse or any other unlawful act.
  • Violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, account security or other legal rights.
  • Upload malware, interfere with the website, probe systems without permission, or attempt to access restricted data or accounts.
  • Use automation, fake orders, false disputes or other methods to manipulate listings, payments, ratings or rewards.
  • Harass, threaten, deceive or deliberately harm other users, sellers, providers or support staff.
  • Use a service in a way that violates the service provider’s rules or applicable law.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including removing content, cancelling a permitted transaction, restricting features or suspending an account. We may share information where required by law or necessary to address fraud or security threats.

9. Security and responsible disclosure

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract other users’ information or disrupt the service. If you discover a security issue, stop testing and report it privately through support with enough detail for us to investigate safely.

10. Availability and changes to services

We aim to keep the platform usable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, connectivity problems, provider outages, updates or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect some features.

We may modify, pause or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. We will handle existing orders, wallet records and any rights you have under applicable law in accordance with the relevant terms and circumstances.

11. Third-party providers and links

Some features may rely on external providers, payment services or websites. Those third parties may have separate terms, privacy notices, eligibility requirements and availability limits. We do not control every aspect of an external service, so review its terms where relevant.

A link to a third-party website is provided for convenience and does not, by itself, mean we endorse every statement or service on that website.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every listing, provider or feature will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. This section does not remove any applicable consumer protection rights.

13. Privacy and personal information

We may process information needed to operate accounts, provide services, support transactions, prevent fraud, maintain security and meet legal obligations. The information collected and how it is handled should be explained in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely required for a service and the request is presented through an appropriate, secure process.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform or applicable requirements change. When we publish a revised version, we may provide notice through the website or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to future use, to the extent permitted by law. If a change requires specific consent, we will seek it where required.

15. Applicable law and resolving issues

These terms are intended to operate subject to the laws that apply to the platform and the user. Any dispute should first be raised with support so the facts and relevant transaction records can be reviewed. Nothing here removes a right to use a legally available complaint, mediation or court process.

Before publication: the platform operator should confirm the appropriate governing-law and dispute-resolution wording with a qualified legal adviser.

16. Contact and support

For questions about these terms, an account or an order, contact the DelightVendorEdit support team and include your order reference when relevant.

Please never send your password or one-time verification code to support.
