Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed on DelightVendorEdit and where approved refunds are credited.
1. Where refunds go
All refunds approved by DelightVendorEdit are returned as wallet balance on your DelightVendorEdit account. We do not transfer refund amounts back to a customer's bank account or reverse the original funding payment as part of our normal refund process. You can use available wallet balance for eligible purchases on the platform.
2. Failed or unsuccessful orders
If a service purchase fails and our system confirms that the service was not successfully provided, the order may be cancelled and the amount charged for that order may be credited back to your platform wallet. Some provider responses take time to confirm; an order may remain pending while we verify its status to avoid an incorrect or duplicate refund.
3. Duplicate charges or payment issues
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or your wallet was charged but no successful order appeared, contact support with your account details, transaction reference, amount, and approximate time. We will review the records. If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your DelightVendorEdit wallet, not sent to your external account.
4. Successfully delivered services
Purchases that have been successfully delivered, used, activated, downloaded, or otherwise fulfilled are generally not eligible for a refund simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the service. If something is incorrect or defective, contact support so the case can be reviewed.
5. Cancellations and provider rules
Some services have provider-specific cancellation rules, waiting periods, or other conditions. A cancellation request does not automatically mean a refund is approved. Where a service supports a refund, it will be handled according to the applicable service rules and credited to your platform wallet after confirmation.
6. What to send support
To help us investigate, provide:
- Your DelightVendorEdit account email or user ID (never send your password or verification code).
- The order or transaction reference.
- The service name, amount, and approximate transaction time.
- A screenshot or other relevant evidence, if available.
Please do not share your password, full card details, or one-time security codes.
7. Contact support
Contact the support team for a review of a failed order, duplicate charge, or other refund concern.
