Referral Policy

1. Participation

• Use the referral link or code provided in your own DelightVendorEdit account, where the feature is available.
• Share invitations honestly and explain the platform accurately. Do not guarantee earnings, rewards or outcomes that the platform has not confirmed.
• Only share links with people and in places where you are allowed to post them. Respect recipients’ privacy and preferences.
• Keep your account information secure. Never ask another person for their password, one-time code or private account credentials to register a referral.

2. Qualifying referrals

• A referral must be recorded through the platform’s designated referral link or code and meet any eligibility conditions displayed in the programme.
• Referral attribution may depend on the correct link or code being used and on the platform successfully recording the activity.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, automated registrations, manipulated activity and referrals created to exploit a promotion may be disqualified.
• Do not assume a referral qualifies until its status is confirmed in your account or by authorised support.

3. Rewards and credits

• Reward amounts, qualifying actions, limits and timing are governed by the details displayed in the active referral programme.
• Rewards may be delayed while qualifying activity is checked. A displayed pending reward is not necessarily a final, withdrawable balance.
• Where the programme credits a reward to a platform wallet, that credit is subject to the wallet rules and any applicable withdrawal policy. Do not assume rewards are paid directly to a bank account.
• Rewards may be withheld or reversed where they resulted from fraudulent, duplicate, cancelled or otherwise ineligible activity, subject to applicable rules and law.
• DelightVendorEdit does not guarantee that a referral programme, reward or promotion will remain available indefinitely.

4. Fair use and prohibited behaviour

Do not:

• Use bots, scripts, fake identities, multiple accounts or other artificial methods to generate referrals.
• Mislead people with false claims, spam, harassment, deceptive ads or unauthorised use of another person’s name or logo.
• Buy, sell or trade referral accounts, links or rewards unless a programme expressly permits it.
• Attempt to bypass referral limits, manipulate attribution or exploit errors in the referral system.
• Publish private information about referred users without permission.

5. Review, changes and disputes

Referral activity may be reviewed to protect users and the programme. If a referral appears missing or a reward seems incorrect, contact support with your account details and any relevant referral or transaction reference. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.

Where permitted, DelightVendorEdit may investigate suspected abuse, disqualify ineligible activity, correct erroneous credits or restrict participation in the programme. Referral rules may change, and updated programme details may apply to future activity.
